Staging Your Home

One of the key factors to selling your home for more money is staging—making your home more appealing and inviting to the majority of potential buyers. We’ll work together to determine the level of staging your home may need. Even though your home may be beautifully designed, there may be some tweaks that should be done to get your home to appeal to a wider range of buyers, hopefully resulting in a higher price for your home. Photography

Buyers need to see what your home looks like before they decide to visit. They need visual imagery to picture themselves in your home. To enhance the exposure of your home, I utilize a professional photographer who showcases all the best features of your home, both inside and out and create a virtual tour with the photographs to provide a specialized online tour.

Online Marketing

Today’s buyer is tech savvy! According to the National Association of REALTORS®, 92% of buyers look online for homes and 43% of buyers look online before ever even calling a real estate agent. This is why having strong professional photography is important, but the other important step is to make sure your listing is in all of the places online that potential buyers are. Your home will be syndicated on the RE/MAX website, my personal website at www.SueLeonard.net, and all our affiliated websites. I am also a member of Zillow and REALTOR.com and my listings received preferred listing status. Every week I track which sites online area getting the most attention and report on the online traffic and feedback.

Property Flyers & Advertising

Colorful flyers using premium paper will be designed for your property and placed on your property for potential buyers, allowing those who drive by to have instant access to your property information. These will also be available for the buyers who are touring inside your home.Just Listed Card

Depending on your home and personal marketing plan, I may also send out Just Listed postcards to dozens of the neighbors or even hold an open house complete with invitations to get more eyes on your home.

With my RE/MAX sign in your yard, your listing will be associated with one of the most successful and regionally recognized real estate companies in the world. My yard sign will draw attention to your home, direct potential buyers to my website to find out more, and to provide easy access to the flyers for your home.
